Group size, pickup point (LAX/SNA terminal, downtown Anaheim hotel, Disneyland Resort gate), destination, and dates.
One total, no surprises. We hold the date and assign a vetted Anaheim-area driver.
Driver at the agreed point on time. Dispatch tracks the trip; you get one update if anything moves.
Anaheim Resort traffic is its own kind of misery — Harbor Boulevard backs up by 9 a.m. on park days, Convention Center weeks fill every drop-off zone, and Angels game nights stack up the I-5 ramps. A single coach beats ten taxis on cost and predictability, and Disneyland Resort has well-marked bus loading zones that personal vehicles can't use. We handle the routing.
Also covering: Los Angeles · San Diego · California statewide hub.
13-22 seat minibus for small family Disneyland trips and corporate teams arriving at SNA. 25-36 seat executive minibus for school field trips and mid-size convention shuttles. 40-56 seat full coach for tour groups, multi-family vacation buses, and Angels supporter clubs.
Climate control (must in OC summer), reclining seats, USB charging, onboard restroom on full coaches. Inspected before every trip.
Routes around Harbor Boulevard congestion, alternate paths via Anaheim Way and Disneyland Drive, Convention Center loading zones — second nature.
Disneyland → Downtown Disney dinner → hotel → next-day return. Planned ahead, hold time accounted for in the quote.
Flight delays at LAX, I-5 closures, park-extended-hours surprises — dispatch reroutes the driver in real time.
Fuel, tolls (91/241 if needed), parking, driver — bundled in the quote. No surprises after the trip.
Park-extended-hours surprises, late convention parties, red-eye LAX arrivals — round-the-clock contact.
The 13-22 seat minibus fits most multi-family Disneyland trips — three families of four, two grandparents, you're at 14, and you don't need a 56-seat coach for that. It also handles small convention teams, executive groups arriving at SNA for a meeting in the Platinum Triangle, and Angels Stadium suite parties.
For school field trips or church youth groups, the 25-36 executive minibus is usually the right size — bigger than minivan-pool dynamics, smaller than the touring coach.
SoCal summer is unforgiving. AC, reclining seats, tinted windows, outlets. The interior is built for long park days.
Dispatch tracks airport arrivals and park-area traffic. Trip lead gets a heads-up before anything goes sideways.
DOT-vetted drivers, ABS, seatbelts, scheduled inspections. For school groups specifically — driver background-screening details on request.
Disneyland Resort has dedicated charter bus drop zones along Harbor Boulevard and Disneyland Drive — close to the main entrance esplanade. Personal vehicles drop further back; chartered buses get the closer zone. We handle the routing and parking.

Constantly. NAMM, D23 Expo, WonderCon, NAB West, ASCA, MidAmerica Trucking Show — all bring sponsor groups that need hotel-to-venue shuttles. We pre-arrange the loading zones with convention services.
Yes — hourly bookings cover driver hold time. Common pattern: park exit at 8 p.m. → drop at Downtown Disney for dinner → re-pickup at 10:30. Tell us the schedule.
NAMM (January) and D23 Expo (when held) book the OC fleet out — 8-10 weeks ahead is the safe range. Spring break weeks at Disneyland are equally busy. Off-season weekdays book a day or two out without much issue.
Yes. Multi-park itineraries (Disney → Knott's Berry Farm next door in Buena Park → Universal in LA) are a frequent multi-day booking. Send the schedule and we'll quote the package.

~25 miles north-west. Smaller, simpler airport. Good middle-ground option for groups with flights from select Southwest, JetBlue, and Hawaiian routes.
