What we need to give you an accurate price

The more details you share, the faster we respond and the more accurate your quote will be. In some cases a single missing detail - like group size or luggage - means an extra round of emails. Fill in what you can, everything helps.

  1. Exact dates and departure times Price varies by date, season, and how far in advance you book. May–October fills up fast - 2 months ahead is recommended. Off-season trips can often be arranged on short notice.
  2. Number of passengers This determines the vehicle class. We operate Sprinter vans (up to 14), minibuses (25, 35, or 40 seats), and full coaches (up to 56). An approximate count is fine if the final number isn’t confirmed yet.
  3. All pick-up and drop-off points Multiple stops? Send us a list with addresses and preferred times - we’ll plan the most efficient route. The more stops, the more the total time and cost can shift.
  4. Children’s ages We install appropriate child seats at the time of booking - just tell us the ages. You can also bring your own - contact us in advance to confirm compatibility with the vehicle.
  5. Oversized or extra luggage Standard allowance is one medium suitcase plus a carry-on per person. Bicycles, skis, instruments, or trade show materials must be declared at booking so we assign a vehicle with sufficient cargo space.
  6. Wheelchair or accessibility needs Some vehicles in our fleet have wheelchair lifts and designated space. This must be specified at booking - not all vehicles are equipped, and availability may vary.
  7. Airport or flight-based pickups Book pickup one hour after your scheduled arrival to account for delays. Standard waiting time is 30 minutes. If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, call us right away and we’ll adjust.
  8. Traveling with a pet Yes, pets are welcome. Just mention it on the request form so we can arrange appropriate transport. The earlier we know, the better we can prepare.
  9. Non-standard or unusual requests A specific bus model, interior setup, colour, or a situation we haven’t listed? Describe it in the message field. We accommodate non-standard requests - the more detail you give us, the better.
