Of course! All the necessary tax and toll charges for the entire trip are included in the estimated price. On the other hand, eventual entrance and parking fees are not included. We advise you to take a close look at the information we provide regarding which service fees are excluded from that estimate.

Vehicle Specifications and Customization

There are possibilities for that, indeed. For example, if you are a corporate client booking our services for an event, we can arrange for you to meet with our transportation manager prior to the service date. At that meeting, you will be able to see the bus as well.

BCS Travel offers multiple vehicle categories to meet your needs. Besides the regular coach buses of up to 56 passengers, we offer minibuses for up to 25, 35, 40 passengers, for example, as well as Sprinter vans up to 14 passengers. We generally decide ourselves which vehicle is more suitable to your group, but you can make special requests.

Sure! We have had corporate requests where the customer wanted all vehicles to be of the same brand or in the same color, for example. There was a case when they wanted leather seats, too. We will be happy to try and cater to requests like that.

Service Modifications and Policies

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply according to the situation in our charter bus rental service:

  • Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure - 10% of the price.
  • Reservations cancelled within 2 to 14 days prior to departure - 25% of the price.
  • Reservations cancelled within 1 to 2 days prior to departure - 50% of the price.
  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure - 100% of the price.

Whenever you want to make changes to your service plan, the best course of action is to contact the transportation manager who BCS assigned to your service.

Make sure to explain details of what you need to be changed, and this person will do their best to accommodate your needs with topics such as driver availability and compliance with the local laws.

Feel free to inform us through the transportation manager who was assigned to your service. The sooner you do that, the more chances there will be for us to provide a new appropriate vehicle on time. Keep in mind that such changes may bring a revision on your service cost as well.

Changes can be made to your trip by calling your reservation expert. Depending on when you call and the changes you`re requesting, additional charges may be added to your rental.

If you ever need to make such changes, we ask you to contact your BCS Travel representative as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist you, but this is a situation where we have to analyze each case individually. In some cases, the change may bring additional costs.

First of all, we would like you to know that such events are very rare. We make sure to regularly inspect our buses after each trip to ensure they stay in top shape.

Travel Logistics and Coordination

It depends on you, actually, because our bus charter is designed to be flexible. However, there are specific cases which we can explain better with the following items:
