LA K-12 field trips typically run $800–$1,500 per coach for a standard 6-8 hour single-coach school-day trip, depending on coach size and destination distance. Convoy trips for full-grade enrollment scale linearly. University and athletic-department trips are quoted separately based on multi-day windows and equipment requirements.

Standard full coach seats 47-56. For K-12 trips we recommend planning to 95% of seat capacity for comfort and safety. Larger grade-level groups typically run two or three coaches in convoy — single dispatcher coordinates departure and arrival timing so the group stays together.
