Group size, pickup point (TPA terminal, downtown hotel, Port Tampa Bay), destination, dates.
One total — fuel, tolls (Selmon Expressway when needed), parking, driver. Vetted Tampa-area driver assigned.
Driver at pickup, dispatch tracking flights/traffic, one heads-up if anything moves.
Tampa Bay's spread out. TPA → Clearwater Beach is a 40-minute haul; downtown → Busch Gardens is 20-25 minutes against the I-275 grain. Splitting 30 cruise passengers across rideshare from TPA to Port Tampa Bay costs more than a single coach. Same logic for Bucs tailgates (Raymond James Stadium has charter-bus drop-off zones personal vehicles can't use) and for Lightning playoff runs to Amalie Arena downtown.
13-22 minibus for cruise-passenger groups, executive teams, small beach-wedding parties. 25-36 executive minibus for mid-size convention shuttles. 40-56 coach for Bucs tailgates, large family beach trips, and tour-group circuits.
Climate control essential year-round in FL. Reclining seats, USB outlets, restroom on full coaches.
I-275 vs. Selmon decisions, Howard Frankland vs. Courtney Campbell routing, beach-access strategies.
TPA → Port Tampa Bay → downtown → beach itineraries pre-planned with hold time.
Flight delays at TPA, weather (afternoon thunderstorms are routine), bridge closures — handled before you call.
Fuel, tolls, parking, driver — all bundled. No surprise lines after.
Cruise-departure mornings, late-night Lightning playoffs, red-eye TPA arrivals — round-the-clock contact.
The 13-22 seat minibus is the right call for most TPA airport pickups, smaller beach wedding parties, and corporate teams visiting Tampa Bay HQs. The 25-36 executive minibus suits Lightning game-day groups and mid-size convention shuttles. Full coaches handle Bucs games and Busch Gardens family groups.
FL summer humidity — climate control, dark tinted windows, reclining seats. Built for the heat.
Dispatch tracks TPA flights, Bay-bridge closures, and afternoon-thunderstorm weather risk.
DOT-vetted drivers, scheduled inspections, ABS, seatbelts at every row.
Tampa International (TPA) directs charter buses to the Blue Side of the main terminal on the arrivals level. We monitor the flight and send the trip lead the exact meeting point.
Yes — TPA → Port Tampa Bay (Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America) is a 20-minute standard run. We monitor flights, meet at TPA, and drop at the cruise terminal designated for your sailing.
Yes — both about 30-45 minutes from downtown Tampa depending on bridge traffic. Common destinations: Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, the Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach.
Yes — Busch Gardens is a top FL school-field-trip destination. Pickup at the school, run to Busch Gardens, hold time during the visit, return. Background-checked drivers on every school trip.
Gasparilla Pirate Festival (late January) is the city's biggest event — books the bus fleet out 6-8 weeks ahead. Hotel-to-Bayshore-Boulevard runs and pirate-ship-area shuttles are popular.
Constantly — Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena both have designated charter bus drop zones. Tailgate-included Bucs packages with extended driver hold time are common.
TPA → Port Tampa Bay for Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America. Group transfers run year-round, peak in winter cruise season.
Raymond James Stadium for the Bucs (NFL), Amalie Arena for the Lightning (NHL). Tailgate-included packages popular.
Beach weddings on Clearwater, St. Pete, Anna Maria Island. Hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception transport across the Bay.

TPA handles around 22 million passengers a year and is frequently ranked among the easiest US airports to use — single main terminal connected to four airside satellites by automated people movers. Charter bus pickup is on the Blue Side of the main terminal at the arrivals curb. We monitor flight status in real time and meet trip leads at the assigned spot. About 15-20 minutes to downtown, 25 to the cruise terminals, 30 to Clearwater Beach depending on time of day.
For Bucs game days and cruise embarkation Saturdays, build a small buffer — TPA traffic spikes around those windows. Cruise groups usually want the airport-to-port leg run as a one-way charter rather than holding a coach at TPA all day, then a separate disembarkation leg the following weekend.
St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE) is just 20 miles across the bay and is the better arrival airport for groups whose final destination is Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, or Treasure Island — saves about 30 minutes of bay-bridge driving versus TPA. Mostly Allegiant routes from secondary US cities. We meet at the small ground-transport zone outside the terminal.
Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ) sits about 55 miles south of Tampa and is the natural arrival point for groups headed to Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, or Lakewood Ranch weddings. We also handle mixed-airport itineraries (some guests into TPA, others into SRQ) as a single coordinated charter — one coach, two airport stops, same drop hotel.
Riverwalk, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, major hotels (JW Marriott, Tampa Marriott Water Street). Most conference and Lightning game pickups concentrate here.
Cuban-American heritage area + nightlife strip. Bachelorette dinner groups, restaurant tour stops, walking-tour drops.
Walkable shopping-and-dining district. Wedding party hotels (Epicurean), bachelor group dinners, corporate group dinners.
Adjacent to Amalie Arena and the cruise port. Mixed-use development, hotels, restaurants. Cruise-passenger groups stay here often.
Tampa's business district — major corporate offices, Tampa International nearby, International Plaza mall. Corporate-shuttle pickups here.
Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park Village, MacDill AFB area. Family-event pickups and bayside wedding venues.
