Atlantic City is the kind of place you don't want to drive home from. Bachelor parties, casino weekends, group celebrations — a charter bus keeps everyone together, no DUI risk, no parking hassle at the boardwalk casinos. Most groups originate in NYC, Philadelphia, or Newark — all 1-2 hour rides via the Garden State Parkway and AC Expressway. Our drivers know the route well; we run it weekly.
Other NJ silo pages: Newark · Hudson County · Bergen County.
Most AC trips suit the 25-36 executive minibus or the 40-56 full coach — group casino weekends tend to be 20-40 people. Bachelor parties of 10-14 use the 13-22 minibus.
Climate control, reclining seats, USB charging, onboard restroom on full coaches — important on the 2-hour ride from NYC.
Garden State Parkway vs. NJ Turnpike timing, AC Expressway exit pattern, Boardwalk hotel loading zones — second nature.
Bar/casino-hopping between Boardwalk and Marina hotels — Borgata, Hard Rock, Caesars, Tropicana. Driver hold time included.
Tolls, traffic, weather delays — handled before you call. Important for late-night returns on busy beach weekends.
Tolls, fuel, parking, driver — all bundled. No surprise lines.
Late-night AC returns to NYC, last-pickup-from-the-casino calls — round-the-clock contact.
About 2 hours via the Garden State Parkway. Friday-afternoon traffic can stretch it to 3. We pick the route based on the time of day — Turnpike via I-95 sometimes runs faster on summer Fridays.
Yes. The major casinos all have designated charter bus drop-off and parking — Borgata (Marina), Hard Rock, Caesars, Tropicana, Resorts. Driver drops at the entrance and parks in the bus lot until pickup time.
On most AC buses, yes — alcohol permitted for passengers 21+. Glass containers may be restricted per operator; we confirm at booking. Common for bachelor/bachelorette groups to bring drinks for the ride down.

ACY is a small regional airport in Egg Harbor Township, about 12 miles from the Boardwalk casinos and a roughly 20-minute charter run. The commercial schedule is limited — Spirit Airlines anchors it with a handful of leisure routes. Charter bus pickup is straightforward: a single curb zone outside the main terminal, almost no congestion, our driver typically arrives ahead of the flight.
If your group is small enough to actually find direct flights into ACY, it is the easiest possible arrival experience for AC. For most larger casino groups, weddings, and corporate buyouts, the inbound flights end up routing through PHL or EWR instead — we plan around whichever airport the bulk of guests are actually flying into.
Philadelphia International (PHL) is about 60 miles west and is the most common real arrival airport for AC trips — about 75-90 minutes by charter on the Atlantic City Expressway. Wedding parties and bachelor/bachelorette groups arriving from across the country almost always land at PHL; we run direct PHL-to-Boardwalk shuttles as a one-way charter, no return airport hold needed.
Newark Liberty (EWR) is roughly 120 miles north, about 2 to 2.5 hours depending on Turnpike traffic. EWR is the main feeder for New York-metro and international guests heading to AC casinos and conferences. We also handle multi-stop routings — EWR pickup, mid-route Hoboken or Jersey City stop, drop at the casino — as a single charter quote.
Hard Rock, Caesars, Tropicana, Resorts, Showboat, Ocean Casino. All on the Boardwalk strip. Bus drop on Boardwalk service side.
Borgata, Harrah's, Golden Nugget. Bus loop is well-organized — wide entrances, plenty of charter parking.
Residential mid-city zone. Some smaller wedding venues and Airbnb-style group rentals here.
Quieter beach blocks south of the casino strip. Smaller bachelor group bookings and family trips often stay here.
North end of the Boardwalk near Absecon Lighthouse and Resorts Casino. Less crowded, cheaper hotel base.
South of AC — Lucy the Elephant in Margate is a photo-stop favorite. Beach-trip groups often stay in these quieter towns.
Send the trip details and we'll come back with a real number — usually within an hour during business days.
