Group size, pickup (MSP terminal, downtown hotel, Mall of America, U of M campus), destination, dates.
One total — vehicle, driver, fuel, parking. Vetted local driver assigned, dates locked.
Driver at the agreed point on time. Dispatch tracks the trip; one heads-up if anything moves.
The Cities are spread out. Minneapolis ↔ St. Paul is about 12 miles; downtown Minneapolis ↔ Mall of America is 11 miles via I-494. Trying to coordinate 25 corporate attendees across rideshare from MSP to the Mall to a U.S. Bank Stadium event is messy and expensive. A bus moves them as a unit. Winter is another factor — January temps in the negatives mean groups want one warm vehicle, not 10 separate Uber waits at the curb.
Other Midwest cities we serve: Chicago.
Three vehicle classes — 13-22 minibus, 25-36 executive minibus, 40-56 full coach. We size by group, luggage, and route.
MN winters demand it — climate control, reclining seats, USB charging, restroom on full coaches. Inspected before every trip.
I-94 vs. I-394 routing, U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field access, MSP terminal-1 vs. terminal-2 logistics.
Minneapolis ↔ St. Paul ↔ MSP ↔ Mall of America circuits pre-planned with hold time.
Winter weather is real here. MSP delays, I-94 closures from snow, polar-vortex reroutes — handled before you call.
Fuel, tolls (MNPass when needed), parking, driver — all bundled. No surprise lines.
Round-the-clock contact for any active trip — particularly important on winter weather days.
The 13-22 minibus suits MSP airport pickups, small wedding parties, and corporate teams visiting U of M or one of the Twin Cities corporates. The 25-36 executive minibus handles mid-size wedding shuttles and conference cohorts. Full coaches go to Vikings games, U of M sports events, and tour groups doing the Cities + Duluth or Boundary Waters circuits.
Climate control handles MN extremes — 90 F in July, -10 F in January. Reclining seats, USB outlets.
Dispatch tracks MSP arrivals and MnDOT closure feed. Driver gets weather reroutes pushed; trip lead hears about it first.
DOT-vetted drivers, ABS, seatbelts, scheduled inspections. Winter tire program where required.
MSP has two terminals — Lindbergh (Terminal 1) and Humphrey (Terminal 2). Each has designated charter bus pickup zones. We monitor the flight and send the trip lead the exact meeting point at the right terminal.
Constantly — MOA is one of our most-booked Twin Cities destinations. Bus parking is at the East entrance. Hotel-to-Mall day trips and school-group field trips are the standard.
Yes — Minneapolis winters are routine for our drivers. Vehicles are prepped for cold-weather operation, and we adjust schedules around MnDOT closures and severe weather alerts.
Yes — Gophers campus visits, alumni weekends, Big Ten game days. East Bank, West Bank, and St. Paul campus stops as needed.
Minnesota State Fair (late August through Labor Day) is huge — ~2M attendees. Bus fleet books up; 6-8 weeks ahead is safer. Fair Park has designated charter drop zones we use.
All of them. U.S. Bank Stadium for Vikings, Target Field for Twins, Xcel Energy Center for Wild (in St. Paul), Target Center for Wolves and Lynx. Tailgate-included Vikings packages most popular.
Target, Best Buy, UnitedHealth, 3M, Cargill, US Bank. Client groups arriving at MSP, hotel-to-HQ shuttles, conference circuits.
U.S. Bank Stadium for Vikings, Target Field for Twins, Target Center for Wolves. Supporter clubs, corporate suites.
Aria, Solar Arts Building, The Westin, Lake Calhoun-area venues. Hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception transport.
Gopher game days, prospective-student tours, alumni events, school field trips to MOA and Science Museum.
Hotel-to-MOA day trips, MSP cruise-passenger transfers, Twin Cities city tours, day trips to Stillwater.
MN State Fair (Aug-Sept), Aquatennial (July), Holidazzle (December). Hotel-to-fairgrounds shuttles.
Send the trip details — we'll come back with a real number, usually within an hour during business days.
The country's largest mall — 5.6 million square feet, 520+ stores, Nickelodeon Universe theme park inside. Charter bus parking at the East entrance. School field trip and tour-group favorite.
Home of the Vikings (NFL) and the 2018 Super Bowl. Capacity 66,000. Charter bus drop at Lot D; parking arranged in pre-approved game-day lots.
Adjacent venues — Target Field for the Twins (MLB), Target Center for the Timberwolves and Lynx (NBA/WNBA). Both downtown. Designated bus drop on 7th Street North; parking in nearby ramps.
The Gophers campus, with Huntington Bank Stadium (NCAA football), Williams Arena (basketball), Mariucci (hockey). 51,000 students. Prospective-student tours and alumni-event bus drops.
Contemporary art museum and the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture. School field trips, museum group tours, photo-stop on city circuits.
MSP is a major Delta hub handling around 35 million passengers a year. There are two terminals — Lindbergh (T1, most legacy carriers and Delta mainline) and Humphrey (T2, used by Sun Country, Southwest, JetBlue, Frontier, and most international leisure carriers). Charter bus pickup is at designated zones outside each terminal — confirm which terminal each guest is arriving at when booking. About 15-20 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 10 minutes to Mall of America right next door, 20 to downtown St. Paul.
For Vikings game-day, U of M move-in, and large corporate offsite arrivals, two staged pickups about 60-90 minutes apart usually beat one coach held at the airport. Wedding parties: most guest arrivals cluster the day before the rehearsal — we run a single coach on a fixed loop between MSP curbside and the hotel rather than individual transfers.
Rochester International (RST) sits about 85 miles southeast of the Twin Cities — the natural arrival airport for Mayo Clinic-related travel, southeast Minnesota weddings, and groups whose itinerary spans both Rochester and Minneapolis. We run RST-to-Twin-Cities charter as a roughly 90-minute one-way; multi-stop Mayo + downtown Minneapolis routings are quoted as a single trip.
Duluth International (DLH) is about 150 miles north — useful for groups combining a Twin Cities visit with Lake Superior, the North Shore, or Boundary Waters access. Typical pattern: fly into MSP, charter coach handles the entire MSP-to-Duluth-to-North-Shore leg as a single multi-day trip. We also run direct DLH airport pickups for groups flying straight into Duluth.
Skyway-connected core, hotels (Marquette, Hyatt, Westin), Target Field, Target Center, U.S. Bank Stadium nearby. Most conference and game-day pickups concentrate here.
Trendy warehouse-district restaurants and boutique hotels. Bachelor/bachelorette dinner groups, corporate-dinner runs.
Lake Street + Hennepin Avenue. Bachelor groups, music-venue shuttles to First Avenue, dinner stops.
Arts district + craft-brewery corridor — Surly, Indeed, Fair State. Brewery-tour buses run here often.
Chain of Lakes residential. Wedding-party pickups from family homes, lakeside venues, summer-event picnic transport.
Quiet residential southwest. Family events, anniversary-dinner transport, smaller wedding-party loads.
Send the trip details and we'll come back with a real number.
