Role Overview
As a BCS BUS Account Executive, you will serve as a core member of our client services and travel planning team, overseeing key client relationships, developing group travel proposals, and contributing to our overall sales efforts. This role calls for creativity, adaptability, and strong account management skills to coordinate and sell bespoke travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management
- • Manage a Portfolio of Key Clients: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate, private, and high-value accounts
- • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate client requirements and propose new offerings
- • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Deliver consistently high-touch service
- • Sales & Marketing Coordination: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
2. Travel Planning & Design
- • Develop personalized travel solutions for diverse client needs
- • Create competitive pricing structures and compelling proposals
- • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- • Coordinate with vendors and partners for enhanced services
3. Business Development
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- • Represent BCS Bus at industry events
- • Build and maintain strategic partnerships
Requirements
- • 3-5+ years in travel planning, account management, or sales
- • Bachelor's degree preferred
- • Experience in group travel or transportation industry
- • Strong communication and presentation skills
- • Proficiency with CRM systems
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
